Terri Aoife Addison is a nationally experienced medical device representative, trainer, and practice development specialist supporting medical spas, wellness centers, aesthetic practices, and medical clinics in the successful adoption and commercialization of advanced aesthetic and wellness technologies. With more than two decades of experience across aesthetics, wellness, clinical education, and operational strategy, she is known for helping practices translate new technologies into measurable clinical results and sustainable revenue growth.

Terri represents and distributes advanced aesthetic and wellness devices and professional products while working directly with physicians, providers, practice managers, and clinical teams to implement them successfully within real-world practice environments. Her work spans device integration, product implementation, clinical training, consultation development, and revenue strategy, ensuring practices can confidently introduce new services while maximizing utilization and return on investment.

Beyond the Silence Project was created by Terri after experiencing the devastating impact of suicide within her own family and community. Following the loss of her brother in the military and later her daughter’s roommate, Terri recognized the profound silence and isolation that families often face after a suicide. The project was founded to provide support, resources, and a compassionate community for those navigating the complex grief that follows suicide loss. Beyond the Silence Project works to bring open conversation, awareness, and healing to survivors while honoring the lives of those lost and ensuring that no family has to face that journey alone.
